Tarsus Gastronomy Center, opened by Tarsus Municipality in the Historical Siptilli Bazaar in order to protect, promote and transfer the rich culinary culture of Tarsus to future generations, offers an unforgettable taste experience to its guests. While “Tarsus Kebab”, “Tarsus Hummus”, “Tarsus Fındık Lahmacun”, “Tarsus Turnip” and “Tarsus Sarıulak Olive” with Geographical Indication Registration Certificate are served in the center, local dishes are also served.This center serves as a shared-use facility where vocational trainings such as cooks, pastry chefs and service personnel are organized, as well as contributing to the development of existing businesses of women entrepreneurs and producers in the Slow Food Tarsus Earth Market.
